Jon M. Yeager
Jon Yeager is a Louisiana native currently residing in Hammond, Louisiana. After graduating from Covington High School, Jon received a full academic scholarship to Louisiana State University for undergraduate studies. He then went to Loyola University New Orleans for Law School on a full academic scholarship. He is a former member of Mensa, International, which is the largest and oldest high IQ society in the world.
Following law school, Jon worked in some of the largest law firms in Louisiana focused on the representation of individuals in personal injury disputes. Jon formed the Yeager Law Firm in 2006 in Hammond, Louisiana after several years practicing in New Orleans. His goal was to work closely with his clients to give each case the attention it deserves. He is a founding member of Yeager LaNasa Tauzier, LLC.
As an experienced litigator for more than a decade, Jon has helped thousands of clients recover millions of dollars in a wide variety of cases, including but not limited to car accidents, wrongful death, 18 wheeler accidents, motorcycle crashes, hit and run accidents, pedestrian injuries, slip and fall, trip and fall and defective products. Jon also handles divorce proceedings as well as adoptions.
Jon is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas, the Hammond Kiwanis Association and is a former member of Mensa. When Jon is not advocating on behalf of his clients' rights, he enjoys fishing, boating and all sportsman activities. As an active member of the Louisiana Northshore community, Jon is a member of the Hammond Kiwanis Association.
